About The Team: Amy Bladen Shatto, Ph.D.

A proven, 25-year record of customized, measurable, end-to-end solutions and unstoppable enthusiasm distinguish Dr. Amy Bladen Shatto as an "all-in-one" strategic leadership development and coaching partner. Amy has worked internally and externally across industries from which she has parlayed her technical and culturally diverse knowledge  into designing, facilitating, and partnering on complex interventions at all stages of the talent cycle. 


Amy's subject matter expertise ranges from management development training (e.g., delivering feedback, difficult conversations, building accountability, influence) / to  assessment/360 , accelerating high potential leaders’ development through intense experiential learning, , performance management, competency modeling, team assessment, diversity, equity and inclusion and survey design/culture interventions and more.  A Board Certified Coach, Amy also brings to her practice a focus on leadership/ executive coaching. She is also  widely published in both academic and practical forums and has a recognized social presence.
